Bookkeeping

Simply drop your paperwork (invoices, bank statements, cheque books, receipts etc) at our office at regular intervals. We process your data on Sage Line 50 and your accounting records are updated. You can be provided with electronic or hard-copy reports such as financial statements, aged debtors and creditors at a frequency to suit you.

Payroll

Even if you only have one employee we can calculate weekly or monthly payroll, take account of employee changes throughout the year, calculate the monthly/quarterly payments to the Inland Revenue and complete the end of year employer returns.

Year End Accountancy Service

Stamford Bookkeeping works in association with SPB Accountants, and therefore can provide a complete accountancy service should you require it.  Even if you have your own accountant, by using Stamford Bookkeeping the work required by your accountants can be substantially reduced.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

We are able to process all your CIS paperwork, including the year end returns, calculation of monthly returns and payments using the new on-line rules in force from April 2007.

VAT

We are able to offer a full VAT service including calculation and production of your monthly returns.

Management Reports

With over 15 years experience of management accounts we are able to produce regular or ad hoc reports or information as and when you have a business need for it.  This includes budgets, sales reports,  and cashflow projections.
